The first time coffee surprised me, it was with flavor I never knew it could hold.

What followed was a journey of exploration. Coffees from farms across the globe, each one completely different. Stone fruit in one, chocolate in another, florals in the next. Coffee has more range and expression than most people ever get to experience, and discovering that has become one of the greatest sources of delight in my everyday life.

That joy is what drives Ever. It's what pushes me to search for the most interesting, most expressive, most incredible tasting coffees I can find. Not just good coffee, but the kind that makes you pause and pay attention.
