The story: Not every great coffee needs to be rare or wild. This is our everyday workhorse, a seasonal blend of certified organic beans from small farms across Central and South America, chosen to hit a classic profile: deep chocolate sweetness, warm nuttiness, and just enough apricot brightness to keep things lively. Because it's a seasonal blend, the exact origins rotate throughout the year as harvests come in.
